Ogólne Warunki Handlowe
1. Zakres
1.1. Niniejsze Ogólne Warunki Handlowe (dalej: „Warunki”) regulują stosunki handlowe pomiędzy sklepem internetowym strofantyna.me (dalej: „Sprzedawca”) a Klientem (dalej: „Klient”) w wersji obowiązującej w momencie złożenia zamówienia.
1.2. W razie pytań, skarg lub reklamacji prosimy o kontakt za pośrednictwem formularza na stronie strofantyna.me/pl/contact lub e-mailem na adres: kontakt@strofantyna.me.
1.3. Konsumentem w rozumieniu Warunków jest osoba fizyczna dokonująca czynności prawnej w celach niezwiązanych z działalnością gospodarczą lub zawodową (art. 22¹ Kodeksu cywilnego).
1.4. Warunki Klienta odmienne od niniejszych nie będą uznawane, chyba że Sprzedawca wyraźnie wyrazi na nie zgodę.
1.5. Produkty oferowane w sklepie są przeznaczone wyłącznie do celów technicznych, badawczych lub edukacyjnych (np. analizy chemiczne, badania botaniczne) i mogą być nabywane przez osoby pełnoletnie (18+) posiadające odpowiednie przeszkolenie. Niektóre produkty mogą być sklasyfikowane jako niebezpieczne zgodnie z Rozporządzeniem CLP (WE) nr 1272/2008.
2. Oferty i opisy produktów
2.1. Prezentacja produktów w sklepie internetowym strofantyna.me/pl/sklep nie stanowi prawnie wiążącej oferty, lecz jedynie zaproszenie do składania zamówień. Opisy produktów w katalogach oraz na stronach internetowych Sprzedawcy nie stanowią zapewnienia ani gwarancji.
2.2. Wszystkie oferty są ważne „do wyczerpania zapasów”, chyba że przy produktach wskazano inaczej. Błędy w opisach lub cenach są zastrzeżone.
3. Proces zamawiania i zawarcie umowy
3.1. Klient może bez zobowiązań wybierać produkty z oferty Sprzedawcy i dodawać je do tzw. koszyka za pomocą przycisku „Dodaj do koszyka”. W koszyku można zmieniać wybór produktów, np. usuwać produkty. Następnie Klient może przejść do finalizacji procesu zamówienia, klikając przycisk „Przejdź do kasy”.
3.2. Kliknięcie przycisku „Zamówienie z płatnością” oznacza złożenie wiążącej oferty zakupu produktów w koszyku. Przed złożeniem zamówienia Klient może w dowolnym momencie zmienić i przejrzeć dane, wrócić do koszyka za pomocą funkcji „Wstecz” w przeglądarce lub całkowicie anulować proces zamówienia. Pola obowiązkowe są oznaczone gwiazdką (*).
3.3. Sprzedawca prześle Klientowi automatyczne potwierdzenie otrzymania zamówienia e-mailem, w którym zamówienie Klienta zostanie ponownie wymienione i które Klient może wydrukować za pomocą funkcji „Drukuj” (potwierdzenie zamówienia). Automatyczne potwierdzenie otrzymania zamówienia jedynie dokumentuje, że zamówienie Klienta dotarło do Sprzedawcy i nie stanowi przyjęcia oferty. Umowa sprzedaży zostaje zawarta dopiero, gdy Sprzedawca wyśle lub przekaże Klientowi zamówiony produkt w ciągu 2 dni roboczych lub potwierdzi wysyłkę Klientowi w ciągu 2 dni roboczych drugim e-mailem, wyraźnym potwierdzeniem zamówienia lub wystawieniem faktury.
3.4. Jeśli Sprzedawca umożliwia płatność z góry, umowa zostaje zawarta po przekazaniu danych bankowych i wezwaniu do zapłaty. Jeśli Sprzedawca nie otrzyma płatności w ciągu 7 dni od wysłania potwierdzenia zamówienia, nawet po ponownym wezwaniu, Sprzedawca odstąpi od umowy, co skutkuje nieważnością zamówienia i zwolnieniem Sprzedawcy z obowiązku dostawy. Zamówienie jest wtedy zakończone bez dalszych konsekwencji dla Kupującego i Sprzedawcy. Dlatego przy płatności z góry produkt jest rezerwowany maksymalnie przez 7 dni kalendarzowych.
3.5. Warunkiem złożenia zamówienia jest potwierdzenie pełnoletniości (18+), posiadania przeszkolenia w zakresie użytkowania produktów chemicznych oraz akceptacja Warunków i Zastrzeżenia (§ 13).
4. Ceny i koszty wysyłki
4.1. Wszystkie ceny podane na stronie Sprzedawcy strofantyna.me/pl/sklep zawierają obowiązujący podatek VAT, jeśli dotyczy.
4.2. Poza podanymi cenami Sprzedawca pobiera koszty wysyłki. Koszty wysyłki są wyraźnie wskazane dla Kupującego na oddzielnej stronie informacyjnej oraz w trakcie procesu zamówienia.
5. Dostawa, dostępność produktu
5.1. Jeśli uzgodniono płatność z góry, dostawa zostanie zrealizowana po otrzymaniu kwoty faktury.
5.2. Jeśli dostawa towarów nie powiedzie się z winy Kupującego pomimo trzech prób dostawy, Sprzedawca może odstąpić od umowy. Wszelkie dokonane płatności zostaną niezwłocznie zwrócone Klientowi.
5.3. Jeśli zamówiony produkt nie jest dostępny, ponieważ Sprzedawca nie otrzymał go od swojego dostawcy z przyczyn niezależnych od Sprzedawcy, Sprzedawca może odstąpić od umowy. W takim przypadku Sprzedawca niezwłocznie poinformuje Klienta i, w razie potrzeby, zaproponuje dostawę porównywalnego produktu. Jeśli porównywalny produkt nie jest dostępny lub Klient nie życzy sobie jego dostawy, Sprzedawca niezwłocznie zwróci Klientowi wszelkie już dokonane płatności.
5.4. Klienci będą informowani o terminach dostawy i ograniczeniach dostawy (np. ograniczenia do określonych krajów) na oddzielnej stronie informacyjnej lub w opisie danego produktu.
5.5. Produkty niebezpieczne są transportowane zgodnie z przepisami ADR. Małe ilości (do 30 kg brutto, np. 4 butelki) podlegają zwolnieniu Limited Quantities (LQ) z uproszczonym oznakowaniem (znak LQ).
6. Warunki płatności
6.1. Klient może wybrać spośród dostępnych metod płatności podczas i przed zakończeniem procesu zamówienia. Klient jest informowany o dostępnych metodach płatności na oddzielnej stronie informacyjnej strofantyna.me/pl/payment.
6.2. Jeśli dostępna jest płatność na fakturę, płatność musi zostać dokonana w ciągu 30 dni od otrzymania towarów i faktury. Dla wszystkich innych metod płatności płatność musi być dokonana z góry bez potrąceń.
6.3. Jeśli przetwarzanie płatności jest powierzone zewnętrznym dostawcom, takim jak PayPal, obowiązują ich warunki.
7. Zastrzeżenie własności
7.1. Dostarczone towary pozostają własnością Sprzedawcy do momentu pełnej zapłaty.
8. Rękojmia i gwarancja
8.1. Rękojmia jest określona zgodnie z przepisami Kodeksu cywilnego (art. 556–576).
8.2. Gwarancja na towary dostarczane przez Sprzedawcę obowiązuje tylko w przypadku wyraźnego oświadczenia w tym zakresie. Klienci będą informowani o warunkach gwarancji przed rozpoczęciem procesu zamówienia.
8.3. Produkty niebezpieczne podlegają specjalnym procedurom zwrotu zgodnie z przepisami ADR.
9. Odpowiedzialność
9.1. Poniższe wyłączenia i ograniczenia odpowiedzialności mają zastosowanie do odpowiedzialności Sprzedawcy za szkody, bez uszczerbku dla innych ustawowych wymogów roszczeń.
9.2. Sprzedawca ponosi odpowiedzialność bez ograniczeń, jeśli przyczyna szkody wynika z umyślnego działania lub rażącego niedbalstwa.
9.3. Ponadto Sprzedawca odpowiada za niezamierzone naruszenia istotnych obowiązków, których naruszenie zagraża osiągnięciu celu umowy, lub za naruszenia obowiązków, których spełnienie jest niezbędne do prawidłowego wykonania umowy i na których Klient regularnie polega. W takim przypadku Sprzedawca odpowiada jedynie za przewidywalne, typowe szkody kontraktowe. Sprzedawca nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za niezamierzone naruszenia obowiązków innych niż wymienione w poprzednich zdaniach.
9.4. Powyższe ograniczenia odpowiedzialności nie mają zastosowania w przypadku szkód na życiu, ciele lub zdrowiu, w przypadku wad po udzieleniu gwarancji jakości lub w przypadku wad ukrytych podstępnie. Odpowiedzialność na podstawie ustawy o odpowiedzialności za produkt pozostaje nienaruszona.
10. Dostępność cyfrowa
10.1. Zgodnie z Wytycznymi WCAG 2.1 oraz Ustawą z dnia 4 kwietnia 2019 r. o dostępności cyfrowej, dokładamy starań, aby nasza oferta online była dostępna. 11. Przechowywanie tekstu umowy
11.1. Klient ma możliwość wydrukowania tekstu umowy przed złożeniem zamówienia u Sprzedawcy, korzystając z funkcji drukowania przeglądarki na ostatnim etapie procesu zamówienia.
11.2. Sprzedawca prześle Klientowi potwierdzenie zamówienia zawierające wszystkie szczegóły zamówienia na podany adres e-mail. Wraz z potwierdzeniem zamówienia, ale nie później niż w momencie dostawy towarów, Klient otrzyma również kopię Ogólnych Warunków Handlowych, w tym politykę odstąpienia od umowy oraz informacje o kosztach wysyłki, a także warunkach dostawy i płatności. Jeśli zarejestrowałeś się w naszym sklepie, możesz zobaczyć swoje zamówienia w swoim profilu. Przechowujemy również tekst umowy, ale nie udostępniamy go online.
12. Bezpieczeństwo produktów
12.1. Niektóre produkty mogą być sklasyfikowane jako niebezpieczne zgodnie z Rozporządzeniem CLP (WE) nr 1272/2008. Karty Danych Bezpieczeństwa (SDS) dostępne są przy każdym produkcie na strofantyna.me/pl/sklep.

13. Zastrzeżenie
13.1. Warunkiem wstępnym dla wszystkich procesów składania zamówień jest akceptacja zastrzeżenia prawnego i jego treści w celu potwierdzenia.

General Terms and Conditions of strofantyna.me
1. Scope
1.1. These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: "Terms") govern the commercial relations between the online store strofantyna.me (hereinafter: "Seller") and the Customer (hereinafter: "Customer") in the version applicable at the time of order placement.
1.2. For inquiries, complaints, or claims, please contact us via the form at strofantyna.me/en/contact or by email at contact@strofantyna.me.
1.3. A Consumer, within the meaning of these Terms, is a natural person entering into a legal transaction for purposes not predominantly related to their commercial or professional activities (Article 22¹ of the Polish Civil Code).
1.4. The Customer’s differing terms will not be recognized unless the Seller expressly agrees to their application.
1.5. Products offered in the store are intended solely for technical, research, or educational purposes (e.g., chemical analysis, botanical studies) and may only be purchased by persons aged 18 or older with appropriate training. Some products may be classified as hazardous under Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 (CLP).
2. Offers and Product Descriptions
2.1. The presentation of products in the store at strofantyna.me/en/shop constitutes an invitation to submit an offer, not a binding sales offer. Product descriptions do not constitute a warranty.
2.2. Offers are valid while stocks last, unless otherwise specified. The Seller reserves the right to errors in descriptions or prices.
3. Ordering Process and Conclusion of Contract
3.1. The Customer may select products from the Seller’s offer, add them to the cart using the “Add to Cart” button, and proceed to checkout by clicking “Proceed to Checkout.” Products in the cart can be modified or removed.
3.2. Clicking the “Order with Payment” button constitutes a binding offer to purchase the products in the cart. Before submitting the order, the Customer may amend details or cancel the process using the “Back” function. Mandatory fields are marked with an asterisk (*).
3.3. The Seller will confirm receipt of the order by email, which does not constitute acceptance of the offer. A sales contract is concluded upon confirmation of product shipment within 2 business days, delivery of the product, or issuance of an invoice.
3.4. For advance payment, the contract is concluded upon provision of banking details and a payment request. Failure to make payment within 7 days of order confirmation results in order cancellation.
3.5. Placing an order requires confirmation of being 18 or older, having training in handling chemical products, and accepting these Terms and the Disclaimer (§ 13).
4. Prices and Shipping Costs
4.1. All prices listed on strofantyna.me/en/shop include applicable VAT, if relevant.
4.2. Shipping costs are indicated during the ordering process and on the page strofantyna.me/en/shipping.
5. Delivery
5.1. Delivery is made after receipt of payment (for advance payment) within 3–14 business days.
5.2. Hazardous products are transported in accordance with ADR regulations. Small quantities (up to 30 kg gross, e.g., 4 bottles) qualify for Limited Quantities (LQ) exemption with simplified labeling (LQ mark).
5.3. If delivery fails after 3 attempts due to the Customer’s fault, the Seller may withdraw from the contract, refunding any payment made.
5.4. If a product is unavailable due to reasons beyond the Seller’s control, the Customer will be informed, and the payment refunded or a comparable product offered.
5.5. Information on delivery times and restrictions (e.g., EU countries) is available at strofantyna.me/en/shipping.
6. Payment Terms
6.1. The Customer selects a payment method (e.g., bank transfer, PayPal) during the ordering process. Available methods are listed at strofantyna.me/en/payment.
6.2. Advance payment must be made within 7 days. Payment on invoice (if available) is due within 30 days of product receipt.
6.3. For payments via external providers (e.g., PayPal, Stripe), their terms apply.
7. Retention of Title
7.1. Products remain the property of the Seller until full payment is received.
8. Warranty and Guarantee
8.1. The Seller is liable for product non-conformity with the contract under the Polish Civil Code (Articles 556–576).

8.3. Hazardous products are subject to special return procedures in accordance with ADR regulations.
9. Liability

12.2. The Customer is obliged to follow safety guidelines in the SDS, including keeping products away from heat sources and contacting emergency number 112 in case of incidents.

13. Disclaimer
13.1. The prerequisite for all order processes is the acceptance of the legal disclaimer and its contents for confirmation.

1. Anwendungsbereich
1.1. Diese Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen (nachfolgend „AGB“) regeln die Geschäftsbeziehungen zwischen dem Online-Shop strofantyna.me (nachfolgend „Verkäufer“) und dem Kunden (nachfolgend „Kunde“) in der zum Zeitpunkt der Bestellung gültigen Fassung.

1.3. Ein Verbraucher im Sinne dieser AGB ist jede natürliche Person, die ein Rechtsgeschäft zu Zwecken abschließt, die überwiegend weder ihrer gewerblichen noch ihrer selbstständigen beruflichen Tätigkeit zugerechnet werden können (Artikel 22¹ des polnischen Zivilgesetzbuches).

Die im Shop angebotenen Produkte sind ausschließlich für technische, wissenschaftliche oder pädagogische Zwecke (z.B. chemische Analysen, botanische Studien) bestimmt und dürfen nur von Personen ab 18 Jahren mit entsprechender Schulung erworben werden. 2. Angebote und Produktbeschreibungen
2.1. Die Präsentation der Produkte im Shop unter strofantyna.me/de/shop stellt eine Aufforderung zur Abgabe eines Angebots dar, kein verbindliches Verkaufsangebot. Produktbeschreibungen stellen keine Garantie dar.
2.2. Angebote gelten, solange der Vorrat reicht, sofern nicht anders angegeben. Der Verkäufer behält sich das Recht vor, Fehler in Beschreibungen oder Preisen zu machen.
3. Bestellvorgang und Vertragsschluss
3.1. Der Kunde kann Produkte aus dem Angebot des Verkäufers auswählen, diese mit der Schaltfläche „In den Warenkorb“ in den Warenkorb legen und zur Kasse gehen, indem er auf „Zur Kasse gehen“ klickt. Im Warenkorb können Produkte geändert oder entfernt werden.
3.2. Durch Klicken auf die Schaltfläche „Zahlungspflichtig bestellen“ gibt der Kunde ein verbindliches Angebot zum Kauf der Produkte im Warenkorb ab. Vor Abgabe der Bestellung kann der Kunde die Daten ändern oder den Vorgang mit der „Zurück“-Funktion abbrechen. Pflichtfelder sind mit einem Sternchen (*) markiert.
3.3. Der Verkäufer bestätigt den Eingang der Bestellung per E-Mail, was keine Annahme des Angebots darstellt. Der Kaufvertrag kommt zustande nach Bestätigung des Produktversands innerhalb von 2 Werktagen, Lieferung des Produkts oder Ausstellung einer Rechnung.
3.4. Bei Vorauszahlung kommt der Vertrag mit der Bereitstellung der Bankdaten und der Zahlungsaufforderung zustande. Wird die Zahlung innerhalb von 7 Tagen nach Bestellbestätigung nicht geleistet, wird die Bestellung storniert.
3.5. Voraussetzung für die Bestellung ist die Bestätigung, dass der Kunde mindestens 18 Jahre alt ist, über eine Schulung im Umgang mit chemischen Produkten verfügt und diese AGB sowie die Erklärung (§ 13) akzeptiert.
4. Preise und Versandkosten
4.1. Alle auf strofantyna.me/de/shop angegebenen Preise enthalten die geltende Mehrwertsteuer, falls zutreffend.
4.2. Die Versandkosten werden während des Bestellvorgangs und auf der Seite strofantyna.me/de/shipping angegeben.
5. Lieferung
5.1. Die Lieferung erfolgt nach Eingang der Zahlung (bei Vorauszahlung) innerhalb von 3–14 Werktagen.
5.2. Gefahrstoffe werden gemäß ADR-Bestimmungen transportiert. Kleine Mengen (bis 30 kg Brutto, z.B. 4 Fläschchen) fallen unter die Freigrenze für begrenzte Mengen (LQ) mit vereinfachtem Kennzeichen (LQ-Zeichen).
5.3. Scheitert die Lieferung nach 3 Versuchen aufgrund eines Verschuldens des Kunden, kann der Verkäufer vom Vertrag zurücktreten und bereits geleistete Zahlungen zurückerstatten.
5.4. Ist ein Produkt aus Gründen, die außerhalb der Kontrolle des Verkäufers liegen, nicht verfügbar, wird der Kunde informiert, und die Zahlung wird zurückerstattet oder ein vergleichbares Produkt angeboten.
5.5. Informationen zu Lieferzeiten und Einschränkungen (z.B. EU-Länder) sind auf strofantyna.me/de/shipping verfügbar.
6. Zahlungsbedingungen
6.1. Der Kunde wählt die Zahlungsmethode (z.B. Banküberweisung, PayPal) während des Bestellvorgangs. Verfügbare Methoden sind auf strofantyna.me/de/payment aufgeführt.
6.2. Vorauszahlungen müssen innerhalb von 7 Tagen erfolgen. Zahlungen auf Rechnung (falls verfügbar) sind innerhalb von 30 Tagen nach Erhalt des Produkts fällig.
6.3. Bei Zahlungen über externe Anbieter (z.B. PayPal, Stripe) gelten deren Bedingungen.
7. Eigentumsvorbehalt
7.1. Die Produkte bleiben bis zur vollständigen Zahlung Eigentum des Verkäufers.
8. Gewährleistung und Garantie
8.1. Der Verkäufer haftet für die Nichtübereinstimmung des Produkts mit dem Vertrag gemäß dem polnischen Zivilgesetzbuch (Artikel 556–576).
8.2. Eine Garantie gilt nur, wenn sie ausdrücklich in der Produktbeschreibung oder Bestellbestätigung angegeben ist.
8.3. Gefahrstoffe unterliegen besonderen Rückgabebedingungen gemäß ADR-Bestimmungen.
9. Haftung
9.1. Der Verkäufer haftet für Schäden, die aus vorsätzlichem Handeln oder grober Fahrlässigkeit resultieren.
9.2. Bei nicht vorsätzlichen Verstößen gegen wesentliche Vertragspflichten ist die Haftung auf vorhersehbare, typische Schäden beschränkt.
9.3. Haftungsbeschränkungen gelten nicht für Schäden an Leben, Körper oder Gesundheit oder für arglistig verschwiegene Mängel.

11.2. Der Verkäufer sendet eine Bestellbestätigung per E-Mail mit den Bestelldetails, diesen AGB sowie Informationen zu Lieferung und Zahlung.
11.3. Registrierte Kunden können ihre Bestellungen im Profil unter strofantyna.me/de/account einsehen.
12. Produktsicherheit
12.1. Einige Produkte können gemäß Verordnung (EG) Nr. 1272/2008 (CLP) als gefährlich eingestuft sein. Sicherheitsdatenblätter (SDB) sind für jedes Produkt unter strofantyna.me/de/shop verfügbar.
12.2. Der Kunde ist verpflichtet, die Sicherheitsrichtlinien in den SDBs zu befolgen, einschließlich der Lagerung fern von Wärmequellen und der Kontaktaufnahme mit der Notrufnummer 112 im Falle von Zwischenfällen.
12.3. Gefahrstoffe werden gemäß ADR-Bestimmungen transportiert, mit LQ-Freigrenze für kleine Mengen (bis 30 kg Brutto).
13. Haftungsausschluss
13.1. Voraussetzung für alle Bestellvorgänge ist die Annahme des rechtlichen Haftungsausschlusses und seines Inhalts zur Bestätigung.

Condiciones Generales de strofantyna.me
1. Ámbito de aplicación
1.1. Estas Condiciones Generales de Contratación (en adelante, "Condiciones") regulan las relaciones comerciales entre la tienda online strofantyna.me (en adelante, "Vendedor") y el Cliente (en adelante, "Cliente") en la versión vigente en el momento de realizar el pedido.
1.2. Para consultas, quejas o reclamaciones, contáctenos a través del formulario en strofantyna.me/es/contact o por correo electrónico a contact@strofantyna.me.
1.3. Un Consumidor, en el sentido de estas Condiciones, es una persona física que realiza una transacción legal con fines no predominantemente relacionados con su actividad comercial o profesional (Artículo 22¹ del Código Civil polaco).
1.4. Las condiciones del Cliente que difieran de estas no serán reconocidas a menos que el Vendedor acepte expresamente su aplicación.
1.5. Los productos ofrecidos en la tienda están destinados exclusivamente a fines técnicos, de investigación o educativos (por ejemplo, análisis químicos, estudios botánicos) y solo pueden ser adquiridos por personas mayores de 18 años con la formación adecuada. Algunos productos pueden clasificarse como peligrosos según el Reglamento (CE) nº 1272/2008 (CLP).
2. Ofertas y descripciones de productos
2.1. La presentación de productos en la tienda en strofantyna.me/es/shop constituye una invitación a presentar una oferta, no una oferta de venta vinculante. Las descripciones de productos no constituyen una garantía.
2.2. Las ofertas son válidas hasta agotar existencias, salvo que se indique lo contrario. El Vendedor se reserva el derecho a cometer errores en las descripciones o precios.
3. Proceso de pedido y celebración del contrato
3.1. El Cliente puede seleccionar productos de la oferta del Vendedor, añadirlos al carrito con el botón “Añadir al carrito” y proceder al pago haciendo clic en “Ir a la caja.” En el carrito, los productos pueden modificarse o eliminarse.
3.2. Al hacer clic en el botón “Pedir con pago”, el Cliente presenta una oferta vinculante para comprar los productos en el carrito. Antes de enviar el pedido, el Cliente puede modificar los datos o cancelar el proceso con la función “Atrás”. Los campos obligatorios están marcados con un asterisco (*).
3.3. El Vendedor confirmará la recepción del pedido por correo electrónico, lo que no constituye la aceptación de la oferta. El contrato de venta se celebra tras la confirmación del envío del producto en un plazo de 2 días laborables, la entrega del producto o la emisión de una factura.
3.4. Para pagos por adelantado, el contrato se celebra tras proporcionar los datos bancarios y la solicitud de pago. Si no se realiza el pago en un plazo de 7 días tras la confirmación del pedido, este se cancelará.
3.5. Para realizar un pedido, el Cliente debe confirmar que es mayor de 18 años, tiene formación en el manejo de productos químicos y acepta estas Condiciones y la Exención de responsabilidad (§ 13).
4. Precios y costes de envío
4.1. Todos los precios indicados en strofantyna.me/es/shop incluyen el IVA aplicable, si corresponde.
4.2. Los costes de envío se indican durante el proceso de pedido y en la página strofantyna.me/es/shipping.
5. Entrega
5.1. La entrega se realiza tras la recepción del pago (para pagos por adelantado) en un plazo de 3 a 14 días laborables.
5.2. Los productos peligrosos se transportan de acuerdo con las regulaciones ADR. Las pequeñas cantidades (hasta 30 kg brutos, por ejemplo, 4 botellas) están sujetas a la exención de Cantidades Limitadas (LQ) con etiquetado simplificado (marca LQ).
5.3. Si la entrega falla después de 3 intentos por culpa del Cliente, el Vendedor puede rescindir el contrato, reembolsando cualquier pago realizado.
5.4. Si un producto no está disponible por razones fuera del control del Vendedor, se informará al Cliente y se reembolsará el pago o se ofrecerá un producto comparable.
5.5. La información sobre plazos de entrega y restricciones (por ejemplo, países de la UE) está disponible en strofantyna.me/es/shipping.
6. Condiciones de pago
6.1. El Cliente selecciona el método de pago (por ejemplo, transferencia bancaria, PayPal) durante el proceso de pedido. Los métodos disponibles están enumerados en strofantyna.me/es/payment.
6.2. El pago por adelantado debe realizarse en un plazo de 7 días. El pago a factura (si está disponible) debe realizarse en un plazo de 30 días tras la recepción del producto.
6.3. Para pagos a través de proveedores externos (por ejemplo, PayPal, Stripe), se aplican sus condiciones.
7. Reserva de propiedad
7.1. Los productos siguen siendo propiedad del Vendedor hasta que se realice el pago completo.
8. Garantía y responsabilidad
8.1. El Vendedor es responsable de la no conformidad del producto con el contrato según el Código Civil polaco (Artículos 556–576).
8.2. Una garantía se aplica solo si se indica explícitamente en la descripción del producto o en la confirmación del pedido.
8.3. Los productos peligrosos están sujetos a procedimientos de devolución especiales conforme a las regulaciones ADR.
9. Responsabilidad
9.1. El Vendedor es responsable de los daños derivados de actos intencionados o negligencia grave.
9.2. En caso de incumplimientos no intencionados de obligaciones contractuales esenciales, la responsabilidad se limita a daños previsibles y típicos.
9.3. Las limitaciones de responsabilidad no se aplican a daños a la vida, el cuerpo o la salud, ni a defectos ocultados fraudulentamente.
10. Accesibilidad digital
10.1. El sitio web strofantyna.me cumple con las Directrices WCAG 2.1 y la Ley polaca de 4 de abril de 2019 sobre accesibilidad digital, garantizando la usabilidad para todos los usuarios, incluidos aquellos con discapacidades. Ofrecemos:

11.2. El Vendedor envía una confirmación de pedido por correo electrónico, incluyendo los detalles del pedido, estas Condiciones y la información sobre entrega y pago.
11.3. Los Clientes registrados pueden ver sus pedidos en su perfil en strofantyna.me/es/account.
12. Seguridad del producto
12.1. Algunos productos pueden clasificarse como peligrosos según el Reglamento (CE) nº 1272/2008 (CLP). Las Fichas de Datos de Seguridad (SDS) están disponibles para cada producto en strofantyna.me/es/shop.
12.2. El Cliente está obligado a seguir las directrices de seguridad de las SDS, incluyendo mantener los productos alejados de fuentes de calor y contactar con el número de emergencia 112 en caso de incidentes.
12.3. Los productos peligrosos se transportan conforme a las regulaciones ADR, con exención LQ para pequeñas cantidades (hasta 30 kg brutos).
13. Exención de responsabilidad
13.1. El requisito previo para todos los procesos de pedido es la aceptación de la exención de responsabilidad legal y su contenido para confirmación.
